Delivery
Every Freedom Range order is packed with care and sent tracked. UK orders over £100 ship free.
Dispatch
- Order before 3pm (Monday to Friday) and it’s posted the same working day.
- All other orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, once payment has cleared.
- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days.

Delivery times are estimates. UK remote areas, islands and some international destinations may take longer. The options for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
International orders
We ship to over 230 countries. Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country when they arrive. These are set by your country’s customs and are the customer’s responsibility. If you’re not sure whether we deliver to your address, contact us and we’ll check for you.
Tracking
Every order is sent tracked. You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Your details
At checkout we ask for a phone number in case the courier needs to reach you, and an email address so we can send your order confirmation and tracking.
