How does the charity donation work?
20% of profits from every Freedom Range piece go to Salam Charity UK, registered charity in England & Wales no. 1142191. We don’t stop at donating: we work alongside Salam on the ground to make sure the help reaches the people it’s meant for. Read Our Giving Promise for exactly how it’s worked out.
Who is Salam Charity UK?
Salam Charity UK is a relief charity working to end poverty. Their teams deliver emergency aid, food, clean water, shelter, healthcare and education, including in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Pakistan and Uganda. Their model is simple: respond, rebuild, revisit. Visit Salam Charity.
Are the designs printed or embroidered?
Embroidered, never printed. Every motif is stitched, with up to 300,000 stitches in a single piece. The Farasha Hoodie is our most detailed design yet.
What do the design names mean?
Every design has an Arabic name: Awda (the return), Sirb (a flock in flight), Zaytoun (olive), Ghazal (gazelle), Risha (feather), Hurriya (freedom) and Farasha (butterfly). Each one is explained on its product page.
How do the sizes fit?
Our T-shirts are cut with an oversized fit. If you’re between sizes or unsure, message us with your height and usual size and we’ll recommend the right one.
When will my order be sent?
Orders placed before 3pm are posted the same working day. All other orders are shipped within 1–2 working days. UK standard delivery is £4.99 (3–5 working days) and free on orders over £100; UK express is £6.99 (1–2 working days). Europe is £12.99 (5–8 working days) and the rest of the world £17.99 (7–14 working days), both tracked. See Delivery for details.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your address, contact us and we’ll check for you.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you’d like to return it, then a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. For exchanges, we cover the cost of sending your replacement. See Returns & exchanges.
How do I care for the embroidery?
Wash cold and inside out, don’t tumble dry, and iron on the reverse, avoiding the embroidery. Treated well, it will last for years.
What are the chapters?
The Freedom Range is told in chapters. Each one stands with a people: their colours, their symbols, their story. Chapter I stands with Palestine, Syria, Lebanon and Sudan. Want to suggest the next one? Nominate a cause.
